Based on the classic tale of Stone Soup, emphasizing every person’s contribution to the nourishment of the whole village, this retreat will emphasize the role of individual health and well-being in our relationship to self, others, and the environment which supports us.

Our host, Karen Lohn, will welcome us to her charming home located in the heart of Grand Marais, and just 2 blocks from the harbor and Lake Superior. We will spend time on nature walks, explore Artist’s Point, move our bodies through dance and/or yoga, and come together on our closing evening to prepare ‘stone soup’ together, symbolizing our interdependence with one another and with our environment.

Cost: $125.00 per person

In addition to the program itself this retreat fee includes 2 nights lodging and all delicious meals, snacks and beverages during your stay.
